I do not know if this technique exists and whether it has a proper name but I call it “Crazy Paved Stamping”.
I have used gorgeous Daffodil and Daisy stamps from Hobby Art. Firstly I stamped the image on different coloured cardstock and cut randomly before piecing together, leaving a tramline, to recreate the original image. I have then coloured each of the sections using a variety of mediums; watercolours, pencils and charcoal.
I have added various embellishments made using spellbinders and sizzix to complete the cards. For the small quilled daffodil I used a star punch with a simple quilled circle and for the larger quilled daffodil I used a larger star template and quilled a section of spellbinder border.
With the Daisy stamp I have also pieced the sections together randomly for a different effect.
