I have a quick share today and I love this card…mainly because I love cupcakes (or fairy cakes when I was a child) but at least this sort has fewer calories!
I love stamping in a circle and I think it looks interesting.
I always start stamping in North, South, East & West positions and then I mask the images (although in this case I didn’t need to because they wouldn’t be overlapping) and stamp in between.
I coloured the images using coloured pencils for a subtle look.
I layered an assortment of co-ordinating papers behind the main image and I added detail around the edge with a fine black pen.
Lastly I added a beautiful paper rose which I had created using a floral die from my collection.
A very happy cheery card to make you smile.
