Hello
It’s been a while since I made some Twinchies, so to continue my Poppy theme I would like to share this set of 4 I made using a Poppy stamp from Chocolate Baroque which I coloured using Alcohol Markers.
Thanks for visiting.

Hello
I apologise for my absence over the last couple of weeks but I have experienced many problems regarding broadband … in that I didn’t have any, however, I am back and will play catch up over the coming days.
I have obviously missed Remembrance Day and I always donate to the Poppy Appeal and collect the metal badges every year. However, this year I also decided to crochet a poppy to wear in the hope that it would be longer lasting than the paper alternative.
This is what I ended up with.
If you would like to have a go, this is my pattern. I used a 3mm hook.

Hello
I have a quick share today using a lovely Poppy stamp from Hobby Art.
I started with a piece of card cut to bookmark size and covered with acrylic paints in shades of pink and yellow.
I stamped the Open Poppy stamp in black and coloured with pencils. I then used some clear texture paste through a stencil for some added texture.
I hope you like it.

Today’s card features the very beautiful butterfly and poppy stamp from Chocolate Baroque together with another of my crochet borders.
I stamped the image onto card which I had previously painted with acrylic paints and coloured the image using pencils, also giving a white highlight to the image. The butterfly itself I further stamped onto co-ordinating card and coloured similarly and attached giving dimension and a beaded body with a wire antennae.
I added some co-ordinating matts which I stamped or embossed for added interest and of course I added the crochet border.
